It is not exam, but free talk about experience and technical aspects of Candidate's past projects. We check experience in different areas and stack, and of course soft skills. Offer Details

We work with Scrum teams dedicated for the Project/Feature. Team means two, up to ten developers leading by SM/PM/PM.
Oakfusion is opened for classic onsite workers, fully remote workers, and hybrid (at least 1 day in offic per week).
Join one of our teams followed by these values: - Proper tools and frameworks used in Project.
- Proper domain language, which can be understood by Client and Tech Team.
- Proper skillset of the team. Every team must have at least one expert in a certain framework.
- Proper seniority of developers. Not only too low seniority, but also too high can affect expected work results.
- Proper methodology. Scrum can be defined in a lot of ways.
